Refund policy

All sales are FINAL. If for some reason a product was damaged in transit, please submit proof of the damage within 24 hours of delivery and we will gladly replace it.

Your product MUST meet these requirements to be eligible for a replacement.

  • unworn/unused
  • original tags/packaging
  • proof of sale 

Majority of our orders are custom and made to order. If you need/want to cancel; it will depend where we are in production and it will be up to our discretion if it can be canceled.

Please double check the sizes before placing your order. There is no exchanges due to incorrect size.

All exchanges need to be approved. If you have any questions regarding an exchange or need to start an exchange, you need to contact us at exchange@custamationcreations.com . If your request is approved, we then will send you instructions (including return shipping label) for the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once the product has been inspected and approved we will notify you regarding the return. All refunds are automatically refunded to your original method of payment. Please note it can take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
